• Plan the pilot scope and workflow-fit measurement
• Prevent abuse and automated form traffic

4. Collection method and legal basis

Data is collected electronically and directly from you. It is processed to take steps at your request before a potential agreement, to meet legal obligations and, where applicable, for legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights. Any separate marketing permission will be requested through a separate statement.

5. Transfers and retention

Data may be shared with limited hosting, form-delivery, email and security providers only as needed to operate the service. Trial records are retained for the evaluation and reasonable follow-up period, or longer where applicable legal obligations require it.
